The pre-owned Agilent N5172B EXG couples 0.01 Hz synthesized tuning with 160 MHz vector bandwidth across 9 kHz to 6 GHz, letting you generate GSM, LTE, Wi-Fi 6 or Bluetooth ® signals from a single 2 U chassis. A -122 dBc/Hz phase-noise floor and up to +27 dBm leveled output preserve mixer and power-amp margins, while a 167 dB electronic attenuator span removes the need for external pads during sensitivity or EMC work. Built-in AM/FM/φM, wide-band pulse and fast list-mode hopping accelerate high-throughput production, and LAN/GPIB SCPI control drops straight into existing automation.
Refurbished units ship ISO-17025-calibrated with current firmware, trimming CAPEX and lead-time yet retaining Keysight reliability, upgrade paths and long-term serviceability.
