A 0.01 Hz synthesizer and 110 dBc/Hz phase-noise floor protect mixer, noise-figure and phase-noise measurements, while the optional high-power chain and 110 dB electronic step attenuator furnish a calibrated +20 dBm to -110 dBm span--covering PA compression, sensitivity, and EMC immunity tasks without external pads. Built-in AM, FM, and phase modulation plus list/step sweep modes speed device characterisation, and full SCPI control over LAN or GPIB drops straight into automated benches.
