Sub-millivolt programming, < 5 mV peak-to-peak noise and an 18-bit, 200 kHz digitizer let you capture sleep-mode micro-amps and in-rush transients without an external DMM. Remote sense eliminates lead drops, while fast up/down programming and full OVP/OCP protection accelerate automated test. Refurbished units ship ISO-17025-calibrated with current firmware, giving Keysight reliability at a fraction of new-module cost.
