The R&S NRP sensors provide metrology-grade average, peak and statistical power measurements for any bench or ATE rack without requiring a separate meter. The three-path diode technology delivers a seamless 90 dB dynamic range from -70 dBm to +20 dBm, eliminating range switching and associated settling time.

An internal FPGA streams up to 10 000 samples per second over USB or LAN, significantly reducing calibration and production cycles. Built-in linearity and temperature compensation maintain uncertainty below 0.05 dB. Compatible with the R&S NRX display, handheld NRPM power meter, and direct SCPI control from Python, LabVIEW or C#, the NRP family offers traceable precision, rugged connectors and firmware-upgradable features—providing a cost-effective solution for 110 GHz power metering with the reliability expected of Rohde & Schwarz instrumentation.

Every unit is calibrated at an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. The original calibration certificate, marked TESTRO Certified, is linked to the unit's serial number and included in the shipment.
