The pre-owned Agilent N1911A pairs a 30 MHz digitiser with a 1 ppm OCXO time-base to deliver sub-microsecond peak, average and CCDF power measurements from 50 MHz to 40 GHz (or up to 110 GHz with compatible average sensors). Its 100 ksample/s throughput and built-in ratio/delta math cut production test times for gain, compression and burst-power characterisation, while time-gated acquisition captures WLAN, LTE or radar pulses without an oscilloscope. LAN, USB and GPIB interfaces slot straight into legacy EPM scripts or modern LXI racks.
Refurbished units ship ISO-17025-calibrated with current firmware, providing Keysight-grade accuracy and long-term serviceability at a fraction of new-instrument cost.
