Standard 1 kHz -5 MHz RBWs--narrowable to 100 Hz with Option 1DR--combine with a -104 dBc/Hz phase-noise floor to resolve closely spaced carriers, while the internal pre-amplifier (Option 1DS) lowers the noise floor to -158 dBm/Hz, revealing weak emissions without external LNAs. SCPI/IVI control, 1.1 dB amplitude accuracy, and upgradeable tracking-generator and measurement personalities make it a reliable production-line or service-bench workhorse.
