Its 55 dB dynamic span (-35 dBm to +20 dBm) and inherently flat frequency response make it ideal for calibrating signal generators, attenuators and high-linearity amplifiers, while built-in linearity and temperature compensation maintain accuracy over demanding production environments. Up to 500 samples/s stream directly over USB or Ethernet to NRX meters or any SCPI-capable programming environment, accelerating automated test lines without sacrificing metrology-grade precision.
