The pre-owned R &S FSWP50 combines phase-noise analysis, VCO characterization and 50 GHz spectrum analysis in one compact platform. Featuring ultra-low-noise internal sources and cross-correlation technology, it delivers typical -174 dBc/Hz sensitivity at 1 GHz and can improve the noise floor by an additional 25 dB for radar, LO and clock-source evaluation.
The 320 MHz capture path supports wide-band transients, while a -156 dBm DANL spectrum mode enables detection of spurs and harmonics. This fully tested, freshly calibrated unit with current firmware offers immediate availability and significant cost savings while maintaining Rohde & Schwarz precision and automation capabilities.
